I Got a Job.

I was lucky enough to have the day off a couple of weeks ago. My sister in-law, Aliesha took Bridger from 9am to 9pm. So having a Bridger free day I decided that I would have a job by the end of the day, so I went to Craigslist.com and looked for jobs the first part-time night job I found was for the Haunted Village. I thought this is perfect it’s nights and it’s only for 3 weeks just enough money for Christmas. Plus it will be fun and I can see if I can handle working and be a stay at home mom during the day.  I called them immediately and got an interview that day. The interview wasn't really an interview at all. It was more fill out all your paperwork your hired and by the way some of the houses in the village are really haunted I hope you can handle it.

I started this new job yesterday and as they are handing out the schedules I'm thinking to myself I know what's going to happen, I'm going to be in one of the haunted houses all by myself. Well I'm not in one of the haunted houses I'm in the Haunted Bank all by myself. This really made me reconsider working here. I hope everything will be fine. At least I'm inside and not freezing my butt off outside like most people. Tonight is the test run and I'm super excited to see how things are going to work. They have some really cool things that I’m excited to see how it works out. They have a headless horseman, a real person doing tricks on their horse up and down a dirt path. They have a person being hung, I’m very curious how this works something to do with a bungee cord.  There is someone in the stocks getting whipped, I guess I’m weird but I really wanted to be the person whipping the person in the stocks. Overall I think this will be really fun. What’s not fun about Scaring people and dressing up?

Okay, I really, really hate to be scared. I wouldn't have applied for the job because I know I'd pee my pants the first time I got spooked. 'Course, after 3 kids, I pee my pants laughing, too.

I think my favorite part of this blog is the nonchalant "and hey some of the houses are haunted too." Like it's no big deal hangin' out with the paranormal.
